HAKAVERET (The Hive), founded by the two largest and most significant entities in Israel in the field of service development, Joint Israel and the National Insurance Funds, is intended to promote social innovation in social services through encouragement and assistance for the development of innovative social ventures and their implementation, and encouraging innovative thinking while introducing the world of social entrepreneurship among organizations public and social aimed at promoting disadvantaged populations.
